NEMO is a three-year project supported by the New and Emerging Science and Technology programme of the sixth Framework Programme of the European Commission. NEMO will describe ways to optimise the structure of R&D collaboration networks for creating, transferring and distributing knowledge. The project started on 1 September 2006.
